The properties original farm-house has been renovated featuring modern
comforts and open spaces whilst leaning into High Country charm.
A large open kitchen, dining and lounge form the heart of the house,
with tree top views off the back balcony over the dam and bushland.
The road-side balcony boasts a fire pit, BBQ and outdoor spa,
with both a kitchen breakfast window and double sliding doors
to open up indoor and outdoor living.
The master bedroom, is fit for a King and features a modern ensuite with double shower, toilet and heated tiled flooring.
Double doors open from the bedroom onto the tree top balcony - a perfect space for your quiet morning coffee, listening to the birds take to the day, or watching a herd of local brumbies graze under the trees.
In winter if it snows during your stay, you'll want to open all the blinds and watch flakes fall from the warmth and comfort of your bed.
Down the hallway off the main living area you'll find 3 double guest rooms, each with built in robes and double doors that
open onto outdoor areas.
During the colder months, each room fitted with it's own
wall heater - ensures you're snug all night long.
The second bathroom features a large shower,
bath tub and a seperate toilet.
